Please choose your membership categories and other service options carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
Where you can make a case that the membership category or service option you chose is not the correct one we will endeavour to assist you make the necessary adjustments to reflect your alternate membership category or service option selection. If this results in the total sum you have paid us being more than the subsequent adjusted fee total we will refund you the difference.
